"This is a grolleau-cabernet-syrah blend that keeps the freshness of the millesime while moving forward in concentration as the young grolleau and syrah vines establish themselves. The wine was aged on its lees in clay jars and bottled by hand. Note that there is a certain amount of sediment present. If possible, decant the wine off the sediment after an hour of leaving the bottle upright."
